- Google Sign-In data: if you choose Google authentication, we receive your Google account email and basic profile identifiers needed to create or link your ChartDatabase account. We do not receive your Google password.
- Subscription/billing data: payment status and plan via Whop. We never store full card numbers.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device/browser info, approximate location inferred from IP (city/country), timestamps.
- Alert and watchlist data: symbols you track and alert conditions you configure.
- Telegram link data: Telegram chat ID and username when you connect alerts via our bot.
- Logs: application and security logs to detect abuse and ensure reliability.
3. How We Use Data
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- Send alerts, administrative messages, and service announcements.
- Measure performance and analyze product usage in a privacy‑respecting way.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and users.
4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

5. Sharing
We share data with trusted processors only to operate the Service, for example:
- Whop for billing and subscription checkout
- Google (only if you use Google Sign-In)
- Cloud hosting and database providers
- Telegram (for alert delivery when you connect your account)
- Error monitoring and security tooling
We do not sell personal data. We do not allow third‑party advertising networks to track you on our Service.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for fraud prevention and legal requirements.
7. Security
We employ technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, role‑based access controls, audit logging, rate limiting, and regular backups. No system can be 100% secure; please use strong passwords and keep your devices secure.
8. Telegram Alerts
When you connect Telegram, we store your Telegram chat ID and username to deliver alert messages. You can disconnect anytime in Settings → Notifications or by sending /stop to our bot.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use essential cookies for authentication, session security, and (if you choose it) Google Sign-In. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. You can control cookies via your browser settings.
10. Your Rights
Subject to local law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise rights, contact privacy@chartdatabase.com. We will verify your identity before responding.
11. International Transfers
Where data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and processor certifications.

The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
13. Do Not Track
We do not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time.
